1. Price Validity(Microsoft CSP Perpetual,OVL,OVS ,School 3 ): Given price are valid till 31st October 2024
2. As per Microsoft Policy, Multi-Tier Orders need to be pre-approved by Microsoft. In Lieu of the requirement, the following clause in the PO is Mandatory."We confirm that the PO is directly placed on us by the End Customer".
3. Taxes: CGST, SGST,ITAX will be charged extra Ect. (Taxes and rates as applicable at the time of billing in respective states)
4. Prices The prices are in INR and are Unit Basic Prices.
5. Delivery Mode: Electronic mode.
6. Media Disks: All the Licenses billed are E Licenses and do not come with Media. Customers are required to download the same from the required from Microsoft site.
7. Cancellation policy: Order once placed need to be billed out immediately and are Non-Cancelable.
8. Cancellation request if any to be pursued as per the RMA policy Post the billing of licenses as per the Policy frame work.
9. From December 1, 2016, Microsoft will no longer accept request for changes on end customer entity name, Email id, address, phone number or contacts for Open License.
10. End User & Partner PO Mandatory.-End user Name (Address details), Product Description , Quantity level should be match with partner purchase order
11. If the End-user & Partner PO is not computer generated : Stamp and sign by authorized person on the PO is a mandatory
