Return & Refund Policy
  • Hammer Lifestyle offers a replacement or repair policy for products with manufacturing issues upon arrival (Dead On Arrival - DOA).
  • No return or refund policy is facilitated by the brand
  • Customers encountering empty, damaged, or incomplete products should file a complaint with the brand or relevant portal promptly with evidence like an unboxing video or relevant pictures to substantiate the claim
  • Replacement for such cases will be provided within 7 days of receipt of the product
  • Pickup service is initiated for products found defective by the end consumer or at the retailer level, with a provision for DOA found at the Retailer level to be picked up on a 15-day/monthly cycle
    • Warranty Policy
  • The brand provides a 6-month warranty on products, including smartwatches, audio devices, and electric toothbrushes
  • Warranty coverage does not extend to physical damage or liquid damage (Dead After Purchase - DAP).
  • Paid services are available post-warranty expiration, contingent on spare parts availability
  • Replacement or repair process is initiated within 2 working days upon encountering any issues with a product (DAP).
  • Replacement or repaired product is dispatched within 3 to 4 days after receipt of the defective product (DAP).
