Return & Refund Policy
  • Primebook offers a 7-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.
  • To initiate a return, customers must ensure the item remains in its original condition and packaging and provide proof of purchase.
  • Customers can contact Primebook via call or WhatsApp to initiate a return.
  • Upon acceptance of the return request, Primebook will arrange for the pickup of the Primebook Laptop within 24 hours.
  • Exceptions to the return policy include physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt, customer dissatisfaction, and damage caused by electrical surges or mishandling.
  • Replacement of products is available under specific circumstances, including defective products or non-alignment with site specifications.

  • Replacement Policy
  • Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement is available if the product is delivered in a defective condition or sustains physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.
  • A replacement unit may be provided if the delivered product is not functioning properly within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the received product does not match the site's depiction or specifications, customers must notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receipt for evaluation.
  • For replacement, the entire product package, including the product and accessories, must be intact for pickup arranged by us.
  • Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt
  • Customer dissatisfaction
  • Damage caused by electrical surges or user mishandling
  • Incompatibility with specific apps, websites, or external hardware not compatible with Primebook.
  • Warranty Policy
  • To claim warranty service, customers must contact Primebook via WhatsApp between 10 AM and 7 PM and follow the troubleshooting steps instructed by the support agent.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Primebook will arrange to pick up the faulty device from the customer's address.
  • The turnaround time for picking up the faulty product unit is between 0-3 business days from creating the Airway Bill (AWB) of the courier partners.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to repairs and rectification of reported faults. Replacement, if provided, will be with an equivalent condition device.
  • Exceptions to warranty coverage include damage due to unauthorized repairs, misuse, accidental damage, and defects caused by abnormal voltage or acts of nature.
  • Privacy Policy
  • Primebook respects customer privacy and handles personal information securely.
  • Contact information for customer support and warranty claims is provided for customer convenience.
  • Customer data is used solely for processing warranty claims and support requests and is not shared with third parties without consent.
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Primebook Products are meant for resale only in Offline channels - Not for sale in online marketplaces.
  • Before purchasing a Primebook, customers are advised to contact customer support at +919667413981 to verify compatibility with specific apps, websites, or hardware.
  • Banking apps and certain fingerprint devices are not supported by Primebook.
  • The warranty timeline for Primebook products is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty will automatically expire upon reaching the end of the warranty timeline, regardless of product usage.
  • Replacement of products is permissible under specific circumstances outlined in the policy, and exceptions to replacement eligibility are also detailed.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method upon approval of the return.
