Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage extends to products experiencing hardware failure or manufacturing defects.

Spinbot offers 30 Days to 1 year warranty on all its products.

Customers must adhere to the specified procedures for warranty claims, including contacting customer support and providing necessary documentation.

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective products, at the discretion of SpinBot, within the warranty period.

Certain exclusions may apply, such as damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

SpinBot reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for warranty service based on its assessment of the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

Products experiencing hardware failure or manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days from the Invoice date or Proof of Delivery (POD) will be considered Dead-On-Arrival (DOA).

Customers must contact SpinBot Customer Care within 7 calendar days from the date of Invoice or POD to report a DOA.

Upon successful call registration, a Service Agent will attempt to troubleshoot the issue over the phone.

If the problem cannot be resolved, SpinBot will arrange for the pickup of the defective unit, including all original packaging and accessories, from the customer's premises.

SpinBot will bear the shipping expenses for both pickup and delivery of the replacement unit.
